"Where there's a will, there's a Way José."
My first ever "solo" project, which is truly a MASSIVE collaboration, is officially out in the world! In a couple short months we've gotten radio spins from California all the way to London; received some very solid press, and some more still; and even secured a spot on this killer vinyl compilation...
The impossibly talented Japhy Riddle directed our newest music video for "The Wind Came Up", and its immediate success led us to partner with HIP Video Promo, a righteous company whose client list includes the likes of Fleet Foxes, Death Cab For Cutie, of Montreal, The Lumineers, Pearl Jam, The Pixies, Elvis Costello, and Johnny Cash (just to name a few). We're both humbled, and tremendously excited for what the future holds! Sign up here if you want to learn more and be a part of this crazy trip.
I had the distinct pleasure of mixing RONNY, the solo debut record from Ron Gallo of Toy Soldiers fame. Philly Now has called it one of "The 25 best albums of 2014." It's one of my favorite albums ever, period. Please do have a listen and tell me what you think!
If you're looking to collaborate on some recording or mixing, don't hesitate to click 'Contact and Booking' so I can tell you all about my San Francisco-based 11:11 Studios! We're building quite the résumé if I may say so myself...and I guess I can because I just did.
Feather-Bright has been hard at work finishing up our debut record, due out this Fall. We had a blast working with world class engineer, producer, and friend Isha Erskine up at Prairie Sun Recording Studios, and we all think we have something VERY special on our hands! Check out the 'Calendar' to catch us live in the Bay Area before we hit the road when the leaves change.
"A Special World" by Lola Rosa and Cristian Agrillo--which I engineered, co-produced, and mastered--is now available on Italian record label Fruit Of Noise! Bella, bella.
My music has appeared on MSNBC, Discovery Channel, Style Network and MTV here in the U.S. as well as affiliates in Canada, Mexico, Brazil, France, Austria and the U.K. Next up is a Bravo Channel docudrama, and you bet we'll keep you posted on the details! If you're interested in licensing music for film, TV, or just about any other creative project you've dreamed up, simply click 'Contact and Booking' to let me know. Thank you kindly and be well!
